Product Introduction

The 5A Molecular Sieve is a specialized product with a pore size of 5A, commonly referred to as a calcium-type molecular sieve. It features high adsorptivity and rapid adsorption speeds, making it primarily suitable for pressure swing adsorption (PSA) and adaptable to PSA units of various sizes for oxygen, hydrogen, carbon dioxide, and other gases.

Silicon-to-Alumina Ratio: SiO2/ Al2O3≈2

Applications

1·Pressure swing adsorption (PSA)

2.Air purification, dehydration, and carbon dioxide removal

3.Desulfurization of natural gas and petroleum gas

Regeneration

Water Removal: Dependent on the humidity, temperature, and pressure of the purge gas.

Organic Compound Removal: Replace organic compounds with water vapor, followed by water removal.

Packaging

Woven bag/Kraft paper bag/Carton/Iron drum.

Storage

Before use, avoid adsorbing water and organic substances; otherwise, regeneration is necessary.
