Product Introduction

The 3A Molecular Sieve is a specialized product with a pore diameter of approximately 3A, suitable for the drying of gases and liquids, as well as hydrocarbon dehydration. It is widely used in the deep drying of petroleum, cracked gas, ethylene, propylene, and natural gas, as well as in the drying agents for hollow glass.

Applications

1. Drying of various liquids (such as ethanol)

2. Drying of air, refrigerants

3. Drying of natural gas, methane

4. Drying of unsaturated hydrocarbons, as well as cracked gas, ethylene, acetylene, propylene, butadiene

Regeneration:

1. Removal of water: Can be regenerated for reuse by increasing temperature purge or by depressurization (vacuum).

2. The degree of regeneration will depend on the humidity and temperature of the regenerating gas.

3. Removal of organic substances: Use steam to replace organic substances, then remove water. 

Storage

Before use, avoid adsorbing water and organic substances; otherwise, it should be regenerated.
