3、 Adhere to the reasonable distribution of pore volume, and the catalytic reaction is mainly completed through the prosperous inner and outer surfaces of the carrier, that is, the reaction is carried out on the small pore walls of the activated alumina carrier, so that the catalytic reaction can proceed thoroughly.
1. Firstly, it is necessary to make it easy for the molecules of the material gas to enter the mesopores and then the micropores, and after the reaction, the molecules of the product can move from the micropores and mesopores to the macropores.
2. The diffusion from macropores to the particles of the catalyst becomes the product, so the larger the pore volume, the better the product. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an activated alumina carrier with reasonable microporous dispersion to improve its selectivity and conversion rate in the catalytic process.
Therefore, when seeking a large pore volume for activated alumina carriers, attention should be paid to improving the mechanical strength of the carrier and ensuring a reasonable distribution of pore volume, in order to better enhance the functionality of the product.
